I have shared the form with my support group, and data is starting to come in. There's not enough responses so far (14) to do advanced breakdowns, but I have done a breakdown of what happened (COVID vaccination, other vaccination, reinfection...). I don't have the mental power yet to make it pretty - the X axis (not sorted!) is the change in symptom level, negative being worse, so -2 means a change from "Mild" to "Severe", while +2 is a change from "Severe" to "Mild" or from "Mild"/Medium" to "Gone. So far, noone started out with severe symptoms. In hindsight, I should have added another question about how big the change was in the end. A week may not be enough for the immediate effects to die down, and there is room for noticeable change within each severity category. Effect of getting a COVID vaccination. Intro

This blog will contain the aggregated results of a survey I'm running about how getting vaccinated (or reinfected) affects the symptoms of Long COVID. I will update it whenever a reasonable number of new responses have come in. This is not medical advice. This is not a scientifically run survey (though I am a scientist). The survey itself is not publicly available, but sent to members of Long COVID support groups and individuals.
